How to scan in a customer without a ticket wallet

This is a helpful alternative process for those situations where the attendee may have lost/forgotten their mobile device or is having trouble accessing their ticket for some reason. Instead of turning them away, staff can quickly find them in the system and still get them checked in efficiently.

If a customer doesn't have their ticket wallet, you can still check them in by following these simple steps:

  1. Click on "Attendees" on the scanner page.
  2. Use the search bar to find the customer by typing in their name.
  3. Once you find the correct name, select it.
  4. Click "Admit" to let the attendee in.
