How to see how many people have been scanned in

Having this attendance tracking capability is extremely useful for event organizers to get an at-a-glance overview of arrivals in real-time. The filtering options allow you to easily identify who still needs to be scanned versus who has already entered.

To check how many attendees have been scanned in or are still awaiting entry, follow these easy steps:

  1. Click on "Attendees" in your event dashboard.
  2. Choose either "Awaiting" or "Scanned" to see the relevant information.
  3. You can also get a quick overview by looking at the coloured circle next to the attendee's name. An orange circle means they are still awaiting entry, while a green circle means they have already been scanned in.
