Tickets - How do I control the ticket ownership per person for my event?
This feature allows organisers to set maximum ticket purchase limits per person for each ticket type. This ticket ownership control feature helps prevent excessive bulk buying and ensures a fairer distribution of tickets. Organisers can specify the maximum number of tickets one individual is permitted to purchase for a given ticket type. By implementing these per-person limits, events can better manage ticket inventory and avoid instances where a few people monopolise all available tickets.
- Click on the “Events” button on the left-hand main panel.
- Click the Dashboard of the event you want to edit.
- Click “Setup”.
- Click “Tickets”.
- Click “Edit”.
- Click “Advanced Options”.
- Under “Set a tickets per-person ownership limit” type in the max amount a person can buy for the ticket type in the text field. Then click “Save Changes”.
