Location - How do I create a live stream event location?
To host a virtual event with no physical venue, you'll need to set up a livestream location during the event setup process. With just a few clicks, you can seamlessly configure a streamlined virtual event via this dedicated livestream location setup.
- Click on the “Events” button on the left hand main panel.
- Select the Dashboard of the event you want to edit.
- Click “Setup”.
- Select “Location”.
- Click the “Livestream” option under “Add new”.
- Select the Venue or Setting, Town or City and time you wish the livestream to be open for attendees (from 5-30 minutes before the event start time).
- Click add “Add location” to save your newly created live stream location under “My locations”.

- Finally, to set your event location, click the “Choose” next to your live stream location.
- Your event location will now be displayed on your event page next to the location icon.
Top tip - If you have already created a Location for a previous event, just click “Choose” next to your desired location under “My locations”.
