How do I reset my password?
- To reset your password, please go to our homepage and click “Sign In” on the top right-hand corner.
- Click “Forgotten password?” and enter your email address. You will receive an email to your inbox with a link to reset your password. Enter your new password and click the blue "Reset Password" button to confirm.
- Note - if you do not know your password but still want to sign in quickly for an event, enter your email address and click “Send One Time Code” which sends an email to your inbox for access to your Citizen Ticket account. Copy paste the one time code into the boxes that appear and you will gain quick access to your account.
