How do I access an online event?
To access an online event, sign in to your account here and go to Purchases then Ticket Wallet via your initials in the top right corner.
- Click the blue “Access Online Event” button on your ticket.
- On the main online event page, click the blue “Access Online Event” button again. Note: you may need to scroll down to the bottom of the page to see this blue Link.
- Note - Some organisers may allow you to view the link before the event starts (straight after purchase, 12 hours before etc.). Please note the time in the blue box above the access button.
- The link will now appear for you to access the online event on a third-party website.
- Sometimes, the link will re-direct you to another page and another blue “Access Online Event” button again. After this page, please let the event load.
- You can also access the link from the main event page on our events gallery page (and make sure you’re signed in!). Just click the blue “Access Online Event” button below to the buy ticket widget.
If you have any issues with the link, please contact the event organiser directly.
Note - Some online events have multiple sessions occurring on one day/multiple dates, so please make sure you select the correct date and time you purchased your ticket for (click "Switch" on your ticket's date).
