How do I re-send my ticket wallet to my email?
There are two methods to re-send your ticket wallet to your email address.
- “Request a Ticket Wallet”
- Click here or scroll down to the footer on our homepage and click the link “Request Ticket Wallet” to redirect to the page.
- Fill in your Full name, Email address and click “Request Ticket Wallet”.

- From your Citizen Ticket Account
- Sign in to your account, click Purchases > Ticket Wallet > Send to Email to send another copy of your Ticket Wallet.
