How do I change my contact details on my CT account?

To change your contact details on your Citizen Ticket account (i.e. an alternative email address, mobile number), please sign in and go to your initials on the top right  > Account > Account Profile

  1. Then enter your new mobile number or email address (please submit it twice to confirm).
  2. When you are ready to save the changes, enter your current password and then click the blue "Save Settings" button.
